Sound difficult? We don’t think so! Our clients are our top priority. Our primary goal at Leinicke Group is to help our clients improve their business performance. That means our Always On philosophy isn’t a stodgy, static maxim, but actively involves our entire team.
Each month the Leinicke Group team holds an internal Always On meeting where we discuss the past month’s projects, frankly asking ourselves: What went well? What didn’t? How can we do better?
Throughout each month, staff members also receive Always On certificates from management and co-workers for actions that go above and beyond their normal duties. This public acknowledgement of each team member’s “extra” contributions to Leinicke Group’s work environment fosters positive relationships all around. Additionally, each certificate is good for personal time off and eligible for a $50 gift certificate drawing.
