Elaborate dimensional marketing initiatives always get noticed, and more importantly, always get opened. Unfortunately they can get very intricate and usually come with a high price tag. But skip the drama. Small mailing lists and limited budgets can be a benefit when reaching a niche target market – but you must think creatively.

  • Think small. Smaller pieces print and mail less expensively.
  • Instead of creating an elaborately shaped container, see if an existing container or die is available.
  • Look into less costly digital printing.
  • Restrict the project to a size so that, when flat, it still fits onto your printers press.
  • Many dimensional projects need to be hand folded and assembled, which you could possibly do in-house.

Limited, highly targeted direct mail usually results in high response rates, without the drama.
